Center for Behavioral Sciences, Inc. is a nonpublic agency providing treatment to individuals with developmental disabilities. CBS’ treatment model is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including a variety of treatment formats, such as one-to-one direct instruction, consultation to parents, paraprofessionals and educators; as well as individual and group workshops. Our practice emphasizes positive programming and teaching functional skills across life areas. Each program is tailored to the needs of the client, family and community.

Compensation & Benefits

CBS salaries are among the highest in the field. The starting pay for Behavior Technicians is $17/hour ($19/hour after the first six months).  The starting salary for first year BCBA-level consultants is typically $70,000 as of 2018.  Pay rates are also based upon prior experience and education.
